Made-to-Order Production

All jewelry at The Needed Necklace are made-to-order, crafted specifically for you to ensure the highest quality. Each product is individually created upon receiving your order.

We produce select items in-house at our US and EU facilities and partner with trusted suppliers worldwide to bring you a diverse range of personalized products. All our partners adhere to our stringent quality control standards.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Processing Schedule
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding major US holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Production Time

Your order enters our production queue upon confirmation. Production timelines may vary based on order volume.

Delivery times are estimates based on your location. While we partner with reliable logistics providers, transit times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You'll receive email notifications with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order in real-time by logging into your account.

Multi-Parcel Orders: Some orders ship in multiple packages. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

Tracking Updates: Please allow 2-5 business days after shipment for carrier scanning. If tracking shows no information initially, your package hasn't been scanned into the carrier's system yet. Tracking details will appear once processed.

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • Incorrect Information: If we detect address errors, we'll contact you for corrections, which may delay delivery.
  • Wrong Address Delivery: Personalize Memories is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender due to address errors. Returned items are disposed of by our shipping partners.
  • Reshipment: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses require a reshipment fee to send a replacement.
  • Address Changes After Shipping: If you contact the carrier to redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
