Here at The Needed Necklace, we are a family owned business that prioritizes a combination of quality and affordability.
After working in retail for over eleven years as a manager and a stylist, I spent five years working as a personal shopper for private clients in Chicago, which included helping the stylist at Harpo INC. in Chicago for makeover shows on The Oprah Show.
While I’ve always loved accessories, believing they could complete beautiful clothes into a complete (and unique) outfit, I found that most jewelry was either lacking in either the quality of the piece or the affordability of the price tag. This was a huge frustration, as I wanted both quality and variety in my wardrobe so that I could mix and match different pieces with my clothes, but found the price tags too steep.
I wanted to provide my fellow style-lovers with good quality fashion jewelry for every occasion that could fit into anyone’s budget, and that’s why I started The Needed Necklace with my husband in 2015. As we continue to increase our inventory with new, bold, beautiful pieces, we are excited to help you with all your fashion jewelry needs!

How will my order be shipped to me?
All of our items are shipped via USPS and arrive in a small bubble envelope or box.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Your order will ship out within 5 business days. Once your order ships, shipping within the United States takes approximately 7 -14 business days. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 USPS is having delays so items are taking 3-5 days to update to " in transit" in their system as they are taking longer to process packages. However, you will still receive your item in the 7-14 business days we quote even with the delay in the updating with the USPS website and tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we accept payment via PayPal and all major Credit Cards.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for a refund. Please note, we do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item to us for a refund.
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
